The 13th generation winemaker at his family’s estate, Pierre-Vincent grew up amongst the vines and in the cellar, and today, is making a name for himself as one of Burgundy’s rising stars. Although his father sold the family domaine in 2011, he kept a mere 4.5 hectares for Pierre-Vincent, from which he made his first vintage in 2017. Now six years in, Pierre-Vincent is carving out a style of his own, producing energetic and bright wines that boast a signature reduction that screams Girardin.
