La Colombière is a serious, collector-worthy wine produced from an easily identifiable site in Vosne-Romanée, thanks to the aeolian turbine located in the middle of the plot.
For this wine, the family hand-harvests and destems all fruit prior to fermenting the juice with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak (20% new).
