Refer a Friend 2024: Terms and Conditions
Program Overview
Crurated members can participate in the referral program by sharing a unique referral code with friends, family, or colleagues. Please contact hello@crurated.com if you have not received your code via email yet.
Each referred friend who registers with the code will receive a free 3-month trial as a Collector member.
For the referring member to benefit from the promotion, the 3 referred friends must place a qualifying order during the Promo Length.
Promo Length
This referral program is valid for a limited time, starting on November 13, 2024 and ending on December 31th 2024. Only registrations and qualifying orders completed within this period will be eligible.
Eligibility
• This program is open to current Crurated members with an active account.
• Referred individuals (“Referrals”) must be new clients to Crurated and cannot have previously registered or held a Crurated account.
• To qualify, each Referral must register using the provided referral code and place a qualifying order within the promo length.
Collector Trial Membership for Referrals
• Referred friends who register with a referral code will receive a 3-month trial membership as a Collector member (the value of €540), giving them access to exclusive benefits.
• The trial membership begins immediately upon account activation with the referral code and lasts three (3) months, after which they can continue as a paying member.
Qualifying Orders
• To count as a Qualifying Referral, 3 referred clients must register and place at least one order on Crurated during the Promo Length.
• Orders that are canceled or refunded in full will not qualify.
Reward Fulfillment
• For each successful Qualifying Referral, the referring member will receive one (1) magnum of Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Chemin de Reims 2017.
• Rewards will be added to your Crurated cellar within 30 days of verifying the qualifying orders.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Limitations and Exclusions
• Each member can participate in the referral program multiple times, but each set of three successful Qualifying Referrals will only entitle the member to one (1) magnum of Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Chemin de Reims 2017.
• Crurated staff members and their immediate relatives may participate in the referral program but are not eligible to receive the referral reward.
• Crurated reserves the right to substitute the reward with a bottle of equal or greater value if the name of the wine is unavailable.
Fraud Prevention
• Referrals must be genuine and not generated through any form of bulk email distribution, spam, or fraudulent activity.
• Any attempt to misuse the referral program may result in disqualification from the program and potential suspension of the member’s Crurated account.
Modification and Termination
• Crurated reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Crurated website.
Acceptance of Terms
• By participating in the referral program, members agree to these terms and conditions .
