Fruit for this 100% Chardonnay comes from numerous chalky vineyard sites across the grand cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Avize, and Oger. The result is a racy, acid-forward wine laden with flavors of pithy citrus, fleshy plum, crushed stones, and hints of pastry.

This exquisite multi-vintage blend uses only the best perpetual reserve wines (dating back to 1988) from the Péters’ family cellar, combined with the best wines from the current harvest of Les Chétillons.
These wines are blended and aged for six years under natural cork to create an irreplaceable grand cru wine. Best of all, Péters son, Victor, hand designs ever label each year, so as to render each cuvée unique.
