Leonardo Vallone Resigns as Chief Business Development Officer of Crurated

Thursday, 26 September 2024 | After nearly two years with Crurated, Leonardo Vallone has announced his decision to step down from his role. During his time with the company, he held pivotal positions, first as Head of Italy B2B Sales, and from January 2024 to September 30, 2024, as Chief Business Development Officer.

"Throughout his tenure, Leonardo made significant contributions, most notably spearheading the company’s expansion into key markets such as Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macau" said De Gaetano.

Following his resignation, Leonardo will continue to collaborate with Crurated, providing strategic support to the CEO Alfonso De Gaetano in strengthening relationships with top producers and supporting international strategic initiatives.

“I feel a strong calling to return to the world of wine production, having spent this time in the wine distribution sector. Crurated has provided an invaluable and enriching experience, blending managerial challenges with creative and innovative opportunities. My relationship with the company remains steadfast. I will maintain close ties with CEO Alfonso De Gaetano and the Board, ensuring continuity in the efforts we have achieved together,” said Vallone.
