One cannot discuss Grower Champagne elite without mentioning Vilmart & Cie, one of Champagne's best estates where every new release is another success. Established in 1890 by Désiré Vilmart, the estate has continuously operated as a récoltant-manipulant for over 130 years, meaning that all wines are produced from estate-grown fruit and vinified on-site at the house in question. Overseen by the estate’s fifth-generation, Laurent Champs, Vilmart & Cie’s exquisite cuvées are produced from 11 hectares of south or southeast facing plots of sustainably-farmed fruit growing in chalk-rich soils. Above all, Champs is known for his mastery of barrel usage, which plays a massive role in the complexity, texture, and overall structure of estate’s sophisticated, long-lived Champagnes which are always signed with incisive acids and abundance of chalky structuring extract.

Renais gin holds a distinctive golden hue, reflecting the addition of a small amount of juice from Grand Cru Chablis grapes. Along with botanicals such as juniper, grains of paradise and linden flowers, the addition of acacia honey adds texture and sweetness to this complex spirit. With a blossoming bouquet reminiscent of an English garden, yet with a Chablis-inspired crisp backbone, it is perfect for sipping neat over ice, or lengthening with tonic, or mixing into a martini.
